They are trained in all aspects of managing the day to day operations of the colocation facilities. The technical support team is able to offer advice on backup and restoration, database optimisation, hack recovery, security auditing, virtualisation technologies as well as web-hosting technologies and control panels.
Further to this, the company’s network engineering team monitor and manage the network from the network operations centre which is situated within our secure, robust tier III facility in Enfield.
Remote Hands Services
Our technical services are available on both an ad-hoc and contracted basis with a five-minute first response SLA as standard. This service is available on a 24x7x365 basis which provides customers with the reassurance that their equipment is being stored in the ultimate mission-critical hosting environment. The same technical staff that manage our network and cloud infrastructure can be tasked with remote hands services for colocation solutions.
