24/7/365 Remote Hands	When something goes seriously wrong we will act as your remote hands to resolve the issue, first 15 minutes free per incident.

24/7/365 Reboots	Unlimited Free Reboots for your server with a 5 minute SLA (we guarantee to respond to your reboot request within this time)

Reporting

Bandwidth Reporting	View your current monthly and historical bandwidth usage online at any time.

Online Ticketing	Support requests raised through our ticket system can be searched and reports generated.

myCoreix Online Portal	myCoreix Online Portal allows you to view your invoices, server details, bandwidth graphs and remote reboot your server at any time.
Security

O/S Security Patches	On request we will patch any Core OS or Control Panel software to the newest version for you.

O/S Security Updates	On request we will update any Core OS or Control Panel software to the newest version for you.

Network Based IDS	Coreix filters DOS, DDOS and other malicious traffic at the router level to help ensure the security of your server. We recommend the addition of a software or hardware firewall to compliment this.

Coreix Bronze Management Monitoring is our basic level of management and we strongly recommend to all customers to upgrade to at least Silver Management to take advantage of full proactive monitoring.

Our Ping Monitoring is currently 5 minute polling on Bronze Management.
