Managed Exchange service …

Coreix guarantees that its Managed Exchange service will be available 100% of the time in a given month excluding any scheduled maintenance. For each period of 30 minutes that An Incident renders your server inaccessible Coreix will refund 5% of the monthly fee (up to 100% of your monthly fee for the affected server).

Definitions:
Downtime exists when users are unable to:

  • Send and Receive E-Mail
  • Use Calendars, Contacts, Tasks or Notes
  • Access Public Folders

An Incident is defined as a period of time in which Downtime occurs as a result of a failure of the Managed Exchange service, this period is measured from the time a trouble ticket is opened.

In the event of downtime exceeding the availability guarantee, Customers may request a credit for each mailbox affected of:

  1. ten percent (10%) of the monthly fee for the Managed Exchange service for each thirty (30) minutes of consecutive Downtime, up to one hundred percent (100%) of the monthly fee, or
  2. if the service is not down for more than thirty (30) consecutive minutes, a pro-rated portion of the monthly recurring fee based on the actual number of minutes in the calendar month.
