With a two-hour Hardware Replacement Guarantee, 100% Network and Infrastructure availability and aggressive penalties for failure to meet the standards set within the SLA you can be assured of a good home for your application.


Network and Infrastructure Guarantee…

Coreix guarantees that its Network and Critical Infrastructure will be available 100% of the time in a given month excluding any scheduled maintenance. For each period of 30 minutes that An Incident renders your server inaccessible Coreix will refund 5% of the monthly fee (up to 100% of your monthly fee for the affected server).

Definitions:
Network and Infrastructure is defined as the following equipment:

Network infrastructure including routers, switches and cabling.
Critical infrastructure HVAC and power including UPSs, PDUs and cabling excluding power supplies on customers' servers.

An Incident is defined as a period of time in which a customer is not able to transmit or receive data from their server due to downtime in the Coreix Network and Infrastructure, this period is measured from the time a trouble ticket is opened.


Hardware Replacement Guarantee…

Coreix guarantees the functioning of all Hardware Components in your server, in the case that a given component fails Coreix guarantees that the failed components (once identified) will be replaced within two hours at no cost to the customer, For each period of 60 minutes beyond the first two hours that the failed component has not been replaced Coreix will refund 5% of the monthly fee (up to 100% of your monthly fee for the affected server). Please note this guarantee excludes the rebuild of a RAID array and the reinstallation of the operating system and applications in the event of hard drive failure.

Hardware Components is defined as the following equipment:

  • Motherboard
  • Processor(s)
  • RAM
  • Hard Disk(s)
  • NIC card
  • Other related hardware
